I recieved a message saying that Firefox was taking a long time to open and suggested to refresh it.I did the refresh but my Outlook Hotmail email programme which was displayed on my home page is no longer there.Is there a way to retrieve it, if so how?

hi, please see How to set the home page - it explains how you can set a custom page like https://outlook.live.com/ to be shown at the startup of the browser.
