Unable to login in to accounts PGE & Tmobile :

T Mobile: I am being refused and going into login loop even with resetting password. T Mobile is not working in any browser and have escalated ticket with company...this has been 3 months and many attempts to resolve issue. Many hours with company.

PGE: not getting a clear clean site login as I can see an account # but not my dashboard and still tells me to login in. PGE only not working in Firefox and Explorer got it to work in Chrome .

BUT PREFER Firefox!!

my firefox info : 54.0.1 (32 bit) funnelcake jul 2012 mozilla14-1.0

This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked.

Clear the cache and remove the cookies from websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences).

"Clear the cache":

  • Options/Preferences -> Advanced -> Network -> Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove the cookies" from websites that cause problems.

  • Options/Preferences -> Privacy -> "Use custom settings for history" -> Cookies: "Show Cookies"

If clearing cookies didn't help then It is possible that the cookies.sqlite file in the Firefox profile folder that stores the cookies got corrupted.

  • rename/remove cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and if present delete cookies.sqlite-shm and cookies.sqlite-wal in the Firefox profile folder in case cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
