Yesterday, hyperlinks worked perfectly. Today, they are not working. I work from home and need to access things such as websites, webex conferences, etc. from hyperlinks in my emails - I use Outlook. When I click on, highlight and try to open a hyperlink, nothing happens. If I go into a native mail, such as yahoo mail on the internet, the hyperlinks open fine, so I know it isn't a website issue. Please help me, I must be able to access hyperlinks from Outlook emails.

You might have another browser as default browser instead of Firefox.

Maybe you have another browser installed that doesn't work and your system tries to open links with it but it fails.

Make sure that in Firefox options, under General tab the setting Always check if Firefox is your default browser is selected, as shown in the attached screenshot.
