A company, Colton RV, has figured out how to open a New Page under the current page I am using. When I close the page I am using this second page appears.

While I am viewing and then close Airforums.com, a site dedicated to Airstream travel trailers, a new page, Colton RV.com, appears on my computer. It is not a tab in the tool bar but a completely separate page. This is a new form of pop up ad. Is there a known way to block this?

Does this happen only with that website?

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web Link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search a good ad / pop-up blocker.

A little too much information for a novice. If you can suggest one that would block to opening of a second complete web page, that does not appear on the current tab bar, that would be most helpful
