This purple arrow is intermittent and we don't know if customer's email had already been responded to as sometimes there is the arrow, sometimes not. Anyone know why? Thank you!

The reply arrow works perfectly with some accounts, never works with other accounts, and works sporadically with some accounts. It seems to depend on the mail server's properties, not on TB. One way to check if a reply has been made is to right-click a message, Open Message in Conversation, to see the full thread.
