That's a header, or part of it. Are you saying there is no useful content at all?

In the main menu, View|Headers|Normal will reduce the amount of header information shown. Yours might be set to "All" instead of "Normal".

If that doesn't improve things then it's possible that your index is corrupted. The usual fix for this is to select the folder, right click, select Properties and then Repair Folder. However I would urge you to make a backup of your profile first, in case the repair process makes things worse.
