Hi there,

I have manually selected a new folder to save my emails which were originally from C drive into D drive (i have only made a copy of the C drive's files into D drive, so there are two copies of my emails now) as I was lack of storage. But my emails from the past have disappeared and I would like to retrieve them. I have tried changing the folders back to its original folder, but it didn't work. I have tried to Troubleshoot the profile as well

Thanks

Insufficient information. Note, people reading your post do not see what's happening on your screen. Please explain in more detail what steps you did. Include exact folder names and absolute path information. A screenshot usually helps as well. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/how-do-i-create-screenshot-my-problem

I have tried to Troubleshoot the profile as well

What does that mean?

In general, it is recommended to move the entire profile. When people attempt to move individual mail folders, they usually create a mess.
