On a PC, Firefox will not open. Can't send crash report. Firefox solutions have been tried and did not work. Any ideas?

Whenever we try to open Firefox on one of our older PCs, Firefox won't open and will pop up with a dialog box saying it has crashed. We've tried to send crash reports multiple times but they won't go through. I have tried all of the solutions Firefox offers and even uninstalled and reinstalled it in case it was an update issue. Now it says it's "open" but the Firefox window is not visible.

Any suggestions and helpful hints are very much appreciated!
