Hello All,

The things i already tried:

1.Safe mode 2.Refresh Firefox. 3.Malware check. 4.Disabling all plugins.

Whenever i close he window or Use the power button to exit the browser , the earlier process keeps running. Also, after few mins of browsing, it crashes.

The worst part it removes all my active logins , clears sessions and browsing history.

My most recently submitted crash report: https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/3c95af0c-b767-4fbb-9f27-74cb01171023 regards, Ankit

Chosen solution

Since have done all those things will go a little extreme and suggest that you uninstall Firefox and reinstall from a Full Version 56.01 Installer from here : https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

If that works great and if not will see what happens. Your profile is not uninstalled but https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles you can save and or try working with it as the issue may be in there.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

I actually manually installed an older version 49.0.2 and it works fine now.
