Can I change the colour of my browser bar, it is now a dark purple?

The top of the page, where the captions are File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, Help has a background colour that looks dark purple to me, which I do not care for. Can I change this colour, and, if so, how do I do this/

Chosen solution

Firefox comes with three different themes: default, light, and dark. You can check those out using the Themes button on the bottom of the Customize panel:

Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars

If none of those is right, you can either:

(1) Try a theme from the Add-ons site (using the button or click here); or

(2) Request someone to write a custom style rule for the specific color you want.
