Firefox crashes

I am unable to use Firefox for past 1 week. Opening theFF brings up a pop-up which says "Firefox quit unexpectedly" and gives option to Reopen. But clicking on Reopen does not help since i get the pop-up again.

Please check the attached report and help me out. I have tried reinstalling FF but does not help with this issue.

First of all uninstall Firefox complete by following the steps shown below the link properly:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/uninstall-firefox-from-your-computer

Then download and install the new firefox from here:

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
