I've tried fresh install of both FF56 and FF57 same issue, I've used FF safe mode and no fix. It only happens in Firefox, tried other browsers and they work with zero issues. Sound/Communications tab is set to "Do Nothing". In volume mixer everything is maxed to 100% and doesn't automatically lower. Once the volume lowers it won't increase unless i close the browser entirely and open up new youtube video.
