Monitor went fuzzy so replaced with a HD TV. When I page down in some tabs, seems to go down 2 pages (skips over information). Near bottom does not go down any further, have to use scroll bar. For what it is worth using Westinghouse 32" TV (flat screen).

PS Chrome won't come up at all

And what makes this a Firefox issue : as it could be a Win10 issue and things are not set up properly in that. It could be do to the age of your system and old video card Drivers driverDate: 3-11-2013 for Intel(R) G45/G43 Express Chipset (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1)

You need to use Internet Explorer and Edge to determine if this is a Windows 10 issues. As anything that is done to Firefox would be effectively destroy it if a Win update comes in and fixes the issue or you happen to go into a setting.

Test First : use Internet Explorer and Edge to determine if this is a Windows 10 issues.
