Using Firefox Quantum. When the responsive design interface is active, touch simulation is enabled and iphone is selected touch does not work, also the view-port still responds to hover. I am not using a touch screen device, just a standard PC. Any help or fix would be great, this is for work purposes.

Can you see if the issue still happens in a new profile? To make a new profile, head on over to about:profiles by typing it in your URL bar, from there you can make a new profile. When you have made the new profile click on Open Profile in New Browser Window. Try to reproduce the problem there, if it still happens let me know.

Sorry mate, it didn't seem to work. Have also tried refreshing the page, restarting the browser and also gone on other sites and tried.
