How do I disable firefox saving tabs when I click on a link?

Recently Firefox asked me if I wanted to save tabs (I cannot remember the exact wording). I made the mistake of saying yes. Now whenever I click on a link in an email it does not go directly to the link but saves it so I have to open it. To get rid of these saved links I have to click on a square at the top of my browser and delete them. I want to turn off this option.

My phone does not have a "General" setting. It has a General management setting but that has nothing about tabs. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8.
