I use IMAP to create email account from Computer 1 and tag some inbox message. I also use same config to create same account from computer 2 but want to see the tag that tagged from computer 1. Is it possible? or how to export the all the tagged properties iof the message then import it to computer 2 to let me see the tag created from computer 1?

Thunderbird tries to store the tags via IMAP-protocol on the server, but not all ISP's support this. If your tags don't show up on the other computer, your ISP probably doesn't support this. I don't know of another way to synchronize tags between two computers.
