New version fast - good. But banking has disappeared. I used to have bank bookmarked and on fav bar (as is met office) but now met office comes up like a rocket, but no bank connection at all. Little blue ball just wobbles from side to side. Cannot be other than Mozilla because bank still accessible using same router to same hub from same place. How do I get the bank site back? Have tried going to their full web site rather than direct to accounts interface, but still no access. Please expalin in words of layman as I do not understand the technical talk

Chosen solution

I had tried this already with no luck. So got on to bank - suppose should have done first! - and they talked me through possible solutions. Last of all "switch router off then on after 10 secs". Worked like a dream. These modern devices are SO reliable!

Sorry to have bothered you

It's possible that the link you are using is no longer valid. Try accessing the bank using its main page.

If you are getting any error message, please post it here.
