When I try to sign in and put my user name/email in the first field the continue button doesn't work and I can only access Google through their account recovery page. On Linked in the same problem occurs. I've tried with and without my add-ons and with the latest Firefox Quantum Oh, and Yahoo news storied won't load either!!

Hi

Have you tried completely removing all the add-ons that you are using and restarting Firefox?

Yes, thankyou, but that was the first thing I tried. I have the latest Firefox and no add-ons were operating. No joy!! Still hangs when I click the next button.

uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles
