Generally all the time, EXAMPLE: get on google news scrolling hesitates, wait a second or two click again, suddenly the page jumps. All drivers updated. No problem with IE11 or google.

Somewhat better, unchecked all but could not locate recommended size option other than text so I reduced 1 size lower. Thanks for response.

You could try this please : Go the 3 Bar Menu then Options --> General --> Performance and untick everything. change the recommended size lower then see how it runs. Note: 1 = No Multiprocessor = slow again. Try 2 Restart Firefox after making these changes please.
