Hi, Since I've installed the zotero add-on, I experience some troubles with firefox. When I open a new tab by clicking on a link in pubmed, I see the web page a few seconds and then firefox tells me that the tab has crashed. When I try to go "manually" to the website, by copying its url, it also crashes.

Can you help me please?

Here are some crash reports I have retrieved: https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/5f1a6159-3aac-4ac0-bae6-0d4990171226 https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/256b57d9-6f6c-4ad4-912f-71d960171226 https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/58fb35c0-cb70-44b1-ac05-c72d00171226 https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/6337c5e6-c643-474d-a6df-865a80171226

Given your CPU family, model and stepping of its microcode (family 6, model 61, stepping 4 | 1 ), you may need to update this microcode. Please have a look at the Crash on Broadwell-U with old microcode article and check the microcode revision, then see the Updating processor microcode article for info on how to update it. You could probably consider your Ubuntu distribution as Debian-based, so look for the packages referred to there.
