when I used to get Hotmail emails they stayed bold until I read them then they went grey, Now one of three things are happening. 1 The email arrives as before 2 it stays bold and changes to grey immediately without me reading it 3 it comes in and stays bold but still shows bold after I had read it and I need to manually set it as read. I do not use any other way to get me emails

for an example I sent an email from one of my Hotmail accounts to another one of my accounts and it stayed bold even after I had read it. I replied to the original email and this come in as bold reverting to grey in under 1 second. I do not know how to solve this and it is very time consuming
