What version of FF are you using and did it ever come up with something asking for authentication to save the certificate? So you were able to login to CaptialOne but can't get the statements view is that right? Just a reminder Chrome will silently update without you knowing it and if there was a security update Chrome won't tell you. I know I seen happen when I installed Chrome and it said there was a updated version and it updated.

That's correct. I'm able to login to CaptialOne but can't get the statements view. I am using Firefox v57.0.4 64 bit.

uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0.4 with a Full Version Installer
