Okay so after randomly getting this blue screen of death for the first time and this message with it driver irql_less_or_not_equal windows 10. So i thought nothing of it, so i started up firefox and went on youtube but no video will play, they will keep buffering and nothing will happen. I have searched for solutions, cleared cache, messed with firefox options but nothing, i also tried a different browser but still wouldn't work.

My guess from "driver irql_less_or_not_equal windows 10" is that there is a problem with the display driver software for your graphics chip (possibly integrated and possibly added on, AMD, Intel, Nvidia, etc.). First stop would be:

Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL

You also could try disabling Firefox from using hardware acceleration, which often works around incompatibilities with graphics driver software. This article has the steps:

Trying this did not work, my graphics card is updated (nvidia gtx 1060 6gb) and i also checked my proccessor and that is also uptaded and did the performance setting but still did not work.

I don't know how to diagnose the blue screen issue.

You might try a system repair in case the crash damaged something that all browsers need to play videos.
