I am trying to add a favicon to a bookmark for a page that does not have a favicon. Pretty much I want to be able to set a custom favicon for an existing or new bookmark.

FYI the moz_favicons table does not exist in my places.sqlite database. Not sure if that is still an active component of FF or not.

Any help would be appreciated. My search of Google and this site returned nothing relevant.
