I use Instanet Solutions Authentisign to have customers sign documents electronically. It used to work great but has now stopped working. The green hashes just keep circling when it is trying to assemble the design package. I have cleared history/cookies, etc restarted and nothing works. It was working just fine until today.

Help!

Mike

I figured out why it stopped working. The other day I installed the Facebook multiple message delete add on. I disabled it and Instanet is now working. I deleted the add on from my system.
