After updating to the latest FFox 59.0.2 on Mac OSX 10.12.6 on two computers, we found we could not upload a 100kb docx in Gmail. Progress would never complete. We could upload a smaller docx. After finding the old issue about spdy and Gmail, I tried disabling network.http.spdy.enabled.http2 and upload worked.

Did you check for issues caused by your security software?

It is possible that security software (anti-virus, firewall) is causing the problem. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen or hold down the Shift key) to see if that has effect.

Some e-mail providers have a limit on how big a file can be sent. Check with its support.

Workaround: Zip the file into several smaller files before sending them.

Once again, this is Firefox on MacOSX. I did try disabling anti-virus. As I said, the solution I found was to disable the network.http.spdy.enabled.http2 (which defaults to true).
