Since adding Easy Screenshot to FF I must have changed the default location to save from 'Desktop'. Now when I capture a screenshot using the addon I can't find the file. Is there an easy way on Mac to find the 'path' to the saved screenshot? On Easy Screenshot there's no option to 'save to' which I can find. I've used the 'search' option in Finder using 'Screenshot' as the search term and all my jpg files etc. come up - tens of thousands - which make searching impossible.I'd be glad of any help. T.

Hi, it would seem that extension should save to your Desktop https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/easyscreenshot/

You could see if there are any Options that can be changed - 3-bar menu > Add-ons > Extensions. Failing that, try removing then re-installing. If it still isn't working, it's possible that it is incompatible with the latest version of Firefox and has stopped working.

Another extension to try is https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/nimbus-screenshot/

You could use the built in screenshot tool Take screenshots in Firefox, which will save to the same folder you use as Firefox's default download location - 3-bar menu > Options/Preferences (General) - Downloads.

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you!

Thanks for the quick answer. No idea where the previous screenshots have gone. V.little support from the original add-on. I'll definitely be using the inbuilt FF screenshot facility from now on. Does everything I need. Thanks again. T.
