This is about Firefox 32-bit on Windows 7 home, 32-bit.

2 Windows events are attached that show the issue. It has probably to do with xul.dll, that is popping up in one of the 2 events. When I switch off Hitmanpro mitigation type "load library', Firefox starts up OK

All, no reply from HitmanPro. But since Firefox is upgraded to 60.0.0, the problem has gone. There has been no update from HitmanPro as far as I'm aware. So the issue is closed with a unknown cause and solution.

Update 15-05-2018. Message received from HitmanPro that this issue has been confimed and resolved and an update released.

HI, have you tried a reinstall of Hitman Pro ? Is this a trial or a paid version ? Have you looked for a update for Hitman Pro as Firefox, Windows 10 all updated on Apr 30th and the company should have tested this. Have you tried any forums besides Firefox that deal with Anti-Malware Programs ?

Hi,

My HitmanPro is a paid version, and I have left the issue including diagnostics with them already, but no answer yet. They usually respond in time, so I will wait for them first. It is them stopping the FF session, and not FF crashing itself, so the issue is probably with them.
