I have a life time account with PC Matic. They have been unable to automatically scan my computer for two plus years. It has taken this long to, hopefully, find a solution. All that is necessary is for Firefox to allow PC Matic access to my computer

It shows here you are running 52 and that is it. Are you on the Extended Release Version 52,7.4esr  ?
