Group policy configured and applied to computer but Firefox settings not applied.

I have attempted to apply settings via group policy to Firefox 60.0.1 ESR both ways (computer config and user config). GPResult /R shows that policy is applied, however, none of the settings are actually there. Not sure what we are missing here.

You can turn on debug mode by adding a string pref in about:config

browser.policies.loglevel

and setting it to debug

Then you can look in the Javascript console and see if there are any errors.
