outlook/hotmail opens fine, then screen constantly flickers like something is trying to load then stopped; while scrolling in inbox or in a search of email titles I am constantly brought 'back to top' and have to quickly click an email to open it lower in the list before the screen flips me back to top. DOESNT HAPPEN IN OTHER BROWSERS

No info was sent regarding your Video Card Drivers as option was not turned on within Firefox. I would think you are having some issues with your Video Card Drivers and Firefox. Some Drivers are corrupted and Firefox does not like it. Suggest See if updates for card/chip and or reinstall.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
