Hi, you do what you want to do. If you care to know what is in each update then update then go to Help --> About and Click on What's New, or this page is always available for viewing for years and goes back to version 0.1 to let you know bug fixes, security fixes and feature updates or inclusion : https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/releases/

So ya,,,,,,,have a look. Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
