I keep getting the message "your system ran out of memory" then firefox crashes
i was just chatting with apple and they checked my memory usage, firefox was using 26GB of memory which she said was just way too high and told me to contact you guys

We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

A few of your crash reports indicate that the issue appears to be caused by Adobe Flash Player. Try uninstalling Flash Player and reinstall it.
In addition, it's not possible for Firefox to use 24GB of RAM, since the crash reports show that your system only has 16GB of RAM installed. Where did you see that Firefox was using 24GB of RAM?
Hi, it seems something is crashing out Flash. As well as container for plugins Is there a website you go to that this could happen on ?
For ram/cpu usage : Privacy & Security panel and under Permissions check (put a tick in the box) the setting to Prevent Accessibility Services from accessing your browser.
Performance and untick everything. change the recommended size lower then see how it runs. Note: 1 = No Multiprocessor = slow again. Try 2 Restart Firefox after making these changes please. Note : Hardware Acceleration is for Video Card, Monitor to see if remain off or to turn back
