Chosen solution

Pretty much every Firefox setup for Windows I tried at virustotal some months ago had Cylance claiming the file was unsafe even when all others were green. Seems like Cylance has not changed.

Occasionally there had been some false positives with the full setups or stub installers (for Windows) over the years with some antivirus clients after a new major Firefox update but was fixed when the antivirus client got a new definitions update.

It's hard to know why those two scanners objected. Not enough information. However, if the file was infected, it probably would have blown up the internet, so I suspect they are triggering off of something innocuous.
