(Edited for clarity) In the previous version, when at a site with MP3 podcast, (for instance):http://www.airplanegeeks.com/ (great podcast!), I was able to select "Download" (under the audio player controls and then use "Save As" (under File at top left) in order to download MP3 podcasts. This does not work after update to 61.0 (64). The download appears to begin, but checking the download progress on the download arrow shows 0 KB of unknown size ( or some thing similar) and it remains in that state.

(Added after resolution):I updated my Flashplayer (30.0.0.113) as suggested and discovered it now works. I am not sure we can come to the conclusion that the Flashplayer Update fixed it because, I realize now that the two podcasts that were failing to download come from the same group of people and it may have been an issue with both of their podcasts on their end. But it is resolved. Installing FDM was not required.

Thanks to everyone that replied.

Hi sam4695, could you describe the steps to re-create the problem in more detail? In particular, there are several different Save ... As commands in Firefox, including Save Page As, Save Link As, Save Video As, and so forth. (Mostly on the right-click context menu.) If there is a particular page where it's easy to experience this issue, a link would also be helpful.

Did you try to wait longer to see if the download finishes?

You can also try to use a network monitor to check if data is downloaded.
