52.8 (Win 7 Pro) is not being offered the 52.9 update (no error message)

I support 20 workstations. A few are offered the update and it installs without issue, but most report that they are uptodate at 52.8. Reboot does not help.

There is a nasty bug in TB 52.9.0, where the message body text gets scrambled upon deleting or detaching an attachment. I suppose until this is fixed updates to 52.9.0 have been halted, and for the time being 52.8.0 is offered for download. I'd expect a TB 52.9.1 version soon.
