I was looking for information on the new Accessibility Inspector. I used the site search and got over 800 results, none of the top ones relevant to my search. So I added quotes around my search terms and got the exact same results! These results even included different forms of the words. I had to go to Google to find the page I was looking for on your site, It does not instill confidence.

HI, Firefox Support is done by Volunteers so we would not have the answer to that question. You can go to Help--> Submit Feedback and a Team will review your Submission.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

The Submit Feedback is for the Firefox web browser and not the support.mozilla.org site.

Normally discussion about the support.mozilla.org site is done in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/forums/contributors

Are you using the Advanced Search https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/search/advanced or the Search box on top of page.

The Advanced Search listed in the Contributor Tools on top is not perfect as even if you do a search of a term posted by a registered account here it tends to give threads results that had the search term in the whole thread.
