I don't want unused apps to be removed to a separate folder. How do I turn this off?

Apps removed while refreshing your PC is running. I want it to stop, and those apps to be reinstated. The folder 'Removed Apps' has the firefox logo. this is why I think it's under your control. The information in the address bar is file:///C:/Users/user/Desktop/Removed%20Apps.html

HI, sorry that is what happens when Windows 10 updates and does not like the programs for some reason. Simply Reinstall them.

It has nothing to do with Firefox other than the file is a HTML file and some how Firefox escaped the purge and Edge becoming the default browser.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
