I want to create a new tab by dragging a link to the upper-most right part of the screen. At the same time I want to close current tab by clicking at the same part of the screen. How do I do the former? The button is from "Close Tab Button" extension. Is there a way to create a new tab by dragging a link to "Close Tab Button" maybe?

You would normally create a new tab by dragging a link on the new tab plus button. I don't know if you can combine this by closing a tab.
