I would like to have the Bookmarks bar on right side to be expanded every time I open Firefox.

Is there a way to do this? It would be much more convenient than having to expand folders everytime I open the browser.

Thanks,

Hi, how about the Menu Bar and the Bookmark Toolbar, have you thought of those ? Customize --> mouse to bottom left to Toolbars and turn them on. You can drag drop under the Address bar bookmarks, make folders for quick access.

Or you will need to learn some userChrome for about 30mins then get self ready for code :

Can get code here :

The sidebar should normally reopen automatically when the sidebar is open when you close (Quit) Firefox.

Are you possibly using permanent Private Browsing mode (Always use Private Browsing mode; Never Remember History) in case this would make a difference?
