I send out email broadcasts to one of my address book lists, which I send as blind copy so other emails in this list are not seen. Problem is they don't know the email is a broadcast & not directed only to them. I want to add to my email template, for this list only, a permanent introduction like "To all members of xxxxx group" so they know it's a broadcast. How do I do this?

I would suggest you use the mail merge add-on. It it more difficult. But it has significant improvements to sending mail to a mailing list offering you the ability to customize the email for each recipient. IT also sidesteps a lot of spam issues where spam filters block mail sent BCC at it is not addresses to the email address in the headers available to the filter.

It will not give you the list name, but it does allow access to all address book fields, so you could put something in the company or notes field that your recipients could identify the list from.
