I encountered an attack site selling attack software which can defeat browsers' accessibility features and hurt users. I am not a programmer, but is there any way I can help Mozilla keep up with attack sites?

Hi, you can report it to Google which will block it in Searches and the big Red Page : https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/93713?hl=en

Go to 3 Bar Menu --> Help --> Report Deceptive site Which USCERT will get.
