I can't use Firefox and it says "your profile cannot be loaded. it may be missing or inaccessible"
Hello everyone
i use widows 7. and i keep getting "your profile cannot be loaded. it may be missing or inaccessible" whenever i try to launch Firefox. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but nothing happened. i read that i should rename the old profile and so i did, but same message appeared. i removed the entire Mozilla folder from AppData and reinstalled Firefox, it creates a new folder that only has two folders inside, Crash Reports and Pending Pings, and then it gives the same message. I've also tried typing firefox.exe -P in the run box to create a folder, but it won't redirect me and rather gives me the same message that the profile cannot be loaded. is there anything else i can do to fix this?
Thanks

What's your computer system and Firefox version?

i installed the latest Firefox version from the website and my computer system is windows 7. the thing is that i don't even have the profiles folder to begin with. and when i try to create one by typing firefox.exe -P in the run box as mentioned, i end up with the same error message.

All users have at least one Firefox profile.
Did you check the link I posted? when-profile-missing
Did you check the permissions and owner of the Firefox folder in its Properties?
