I am trying to transfer my Firefox infomation (saved logins, history, etc.) from my old Windows 7 laptop to my new Windows 10 laptop. I created a Sync account on the old laptop, then logged into it on the new laptop. I have pressed the Sync button in the Firefox menu several times, but nothing has been transferred. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, possibly running NoScript while trying to Sync or Adblock Does not make for a great connection.

Do not know what to suggest as try more than 3 times logging in account gets locked for 24hrs.

Sync does not take away from the standard backup :

Can email the bookmarks to yourself (have been doing so for 20yrs)

Alternatives : https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/search/?platform=windows&q=Sync https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/search/?platform=windows&q=Sync%20Bookmarks

Thank you! With those links I was able to locate the data folder for Firefox on each laptop and simply copy the contents from the old to the new. Much appreciated.
