When using Twitch to watch videos a new tab will suddenly open to the address

http://technologyto.com/extractor.html?version=0.7.6&type=upgrade&p=0.7.5

Does Mozilla know this is happening or is this some kind of virus?

Check your add-ons. Is one of them Media Extractor :: TechnologyTo.com

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
