Restoring tabs on startup

more options

I have a problem with either Firefox or Windows(10).

When I have few tabs opened and then I close my PC on the next startup it's gonna restore the sessions. How do I turn it off?

Thought it's a Fast boot from windows but turning it off didn't disable this.

This didn't work. Sorry if I was unclear with my first message. What I exactly mean is that when I close my Windows while having few tabs open and then launch the PC again Firefox will automatically launch with all the tabs that I had at the time.

Yes, it's a new feature on Windows that if you left Firefox running when shutting down Windows, Firefox assumes you want to continue where you left off. You can disable that -- see: Firefox starts automatically when I restart Windows. You also can exit Firefox from the menu to end your session normally.
