Since last update, Firefox is starting on boot of Win 10. NOT in Startup! How to stop?

ver 63.0.3, 64-bit; Now is opening on startup of windows. It is not in startup (now in task manager, not msconfig). This is really irritating! How do I stop this? Edit the registry?
