the latest release (60.3.3) changed the thunderbird look/feel to something that I dont like, dont want, and would not have chosen, given a choice, and has driven me to disable update checking.

This feels like a Google Android - "We know this is better for you, so drink!" thing. Some engineer decided he likes something, so I should like it too.

For those writing updates, please allow users the OPTION to investigate -- inform them in ADVANCE that you are messing with look and feel.

ps: I really prefer rounded tabs... no file folder I have ever used has square tabs, none, zero, zip, zilch. Whoever thought tabs should be square is an IDIOT.
