1) in Firefox focus, the only way to get a new tab is to open link in new tab. Sometimes there are no links on your current page. Then you need to go to a page with links just to open a random link in new tab then back to your original page. Annoying. 2) Once you have two tavs open, switching between them reloads.

I was trying to sign up for twitter. I got to the page where it wants the verification code sent to email. Using workaround for 1, I had mailinator open to recieve the verification email in another tab. Wanted to use focus for both tabs to ensure anonymity (combined with vpn) in both sites. Did not want to use another browser and possibly leak fingerprint data to either site. But switching back to twitter signup tab to paste verification code reloads the tab sending me back to the page where it wants me to enter my new username and email address. I cannot enter the verification code because the page reload kicks me to anothernscreen. I cannot disable this in focus even temporarily because about:config doesn't do anything in focus.

Hi

Firefox Focus for Android is designed as a lightweight, privacy focused, browser.

If you are looking for more advanced features, you may wish to use Firefox for Android that should allow you to do what you are trying to acheive.
