I have received 600 of the same email and they keep coming. I have already deleted the email which was in my webmail only once.

This morning I found 600+ emails, all the same one, in my Mozilla Thunderbird email. My emails filter down from Webmail. In Webmail, the email was only there 1 time. Help! I can't not use my Mozilla Thunderbird with all of these emails and they keep coming. I have deleted most already.

We ran anti virus per Webmail tech and it seemed to have worked. Thanks!

Maybe you have a log jam on the server. I'm presuming this is for a POP mail account.

Logon to webmail account via a browser and empty the 'Spam' folder. In Thunderbird click on 'Get Messages'

If issue is still occuring: Logon to webmail account via a browser and look in 'Inbox' read and delete the oldest but not downloaded email. In Thunderbird click on 'Get Messages'

Report back on results.

Neither has worked. Is there someone I can talk to? It's my husband's work email and he can't work in so working directly from webmail. But he needs info on Mozilla Thunderbird. Should he download another one and if so, would that delete his current info because we can not lose that. Please advise. Thanks.

Turn off the email scanner in your anti virus program. Download the mail again and restart the email scanner.

It might also be time to reconsider using windows versions other than 10.
